The staffs were excellent & well-trained. The room was reasonably large and absolutely fabulous with toiletries and safety measures included smoke detectors. The food was savoury at the terrace. The ambience felt really quiet and the service was exceptional.

location really close to the center of berat, bars and the bus station. for shots visit symposium, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. good beds in our deluxe king room.

Just a solid selection for a short stint in Berat with excellent value for money. The nostalgic garden was a perfect spot to unwind with a drink in the evening. Be aware that the stairs can be tricky if you have heavy bags.

The muzaka is a lovely spot with nice staff. The breakfast was superb, especially the fresh orange juice and omelette. It's a short walk across the osum river, offering beautiful views of the old houses and castle. The cozy atmosphere.

I stayed in the Beautiful Double Room for 4 nights. It was super comfortable and quiet, just what I needed. The large shower room was a nice touch, and the wooden floors added to the vibe. Plus, it was really clean, which I appreciated. Not much to complain about, honestly. The peaceful garden area outside was a great bonus.

The restaurant here was amazing, serving both Albanian and Italian dishes. We tried a couple of delicious meals and were really impressed! the bathroom was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. 🍽️.

Large room with amazing traditional wood ceilings. Air conditioning kept us cool. Big shoutout to the superb breakfast, especially the croissant! Staff were super-helpful and spoke English. It's just a short walk across the river to Berat Castle. Loved the view from our Beautiful Double Room with Castle View.
